What Our Support Team Can Help With
Our team can explain how the request form works, check whether a request went through, and point you to the right lender for loan questions. We also handle privacy requests and complaints about lenders in the network.
- Trouble submitting the form or a confirmation that never arrived
- Questions about how matching and soft inquiries work
- Unsubscribing from our emails or texts
- Questions about how we are paid by lenders and partners
Many common answers are already in our borrower FAQ, which can be faster than waiting for a reply.
What We Cannot Change for You
We cannot change a lender's decision, APR, fees, due dates or loan terms, because we are not the lender. For payments, payoff amounts, hardship plans or account servicing, contact the lender that made your loan directly.
Your loan agreement lists the lender's name, phone number and servicing address. Keep a copy for as long as the loan is open.
Privacy and Data Requests
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to delete it, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your data by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request."
We will confirm your identity before acting and respond within the time required by applicable law. Details on what we collect and how it is used are in our privacy policy.
How Complaints Are Routed
Send complaints by email or mail with your name, the email used on your request and a short description, and we will review each one and reply within five business days.
Complaints about a lender's conduct are logged and forwarded to that lender, and repeated problems can lead to a lender's removal from the network. Questions about how compensation affects which offers you see are answered in our advertiser disclosure. You may also contact your state's financial regulator or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at any time.
